For individuals
Sometimes life takes a different course than you expected. You reach a crossroads, or perhaps find yourself in a fog. Perhaps you've lost something or someone, feel stuck, or notice that what used to flow naturally is now straining or at a standstill.
In my work, I offer space to people seeking peace, meaning, or stability. Whether it's in a simple setting, through conversation, or ritual. Alone or in a group. This can be done in my practice on Texel, at your home, or at a location in the nothern part of North Holland. You don't have to do it alone.

Individual counseling
In a personal session, I take the time to truly listen. Nothing needs to be resolved. It's about creating space for what's going on: questions, feelings, choices, or life stories.
Themes people bring up include:
- loss (of work, health, a loved one)
- questions about meaning or identity
- life choices, grief, relationships, and doubts about faith
A session can be a one-time event or develop into a series of meetings.

Group meetings
Reflecting on life's challenges with a small group can be powerful. I offer group discussions around life's questions, loss, meaning, or themes such as vulnerability, hope, or resilience.
Examples are:
- Grief groups
- Life story discussions
- Deepening circles (e.g., around seasons or life stages)
Groups are often formed upon request. You can also create your own group (e.g., with friends or family).

Custom rituals
Sometimes an action speaks louder than a word. Together, we can create a ritual that suits your situation—small or large, alone or together, personal or shared.
For example:
- Farewell or loss
- A new phase in life
- Recovery or reconciliation
A ritual can take place at home, on location, or in nature. Always in consultation.
