For professionals
In my work as a spiritual counselor, I regularly engage with organizations that want to reflect on what truly matters. Sometimes to train employees, sometimes to reflect together on ethical dilemmas, and sometimes to create space for meaningful work. I work with teams in healthcare, education, social welfare, and other social organizations.
My services are always tailored to your needs. Below you'll find a list of my services. These can be held on Texel or at a location in the North Holland North region.

Training & education
I provide training to teams on topics such as meaning, moral judgment, and working with existential questions in practice. Don't expect dry theory, but interactive sessions with room for recognition, practice, and reflection.
Examples of topics:
- Meaning in healthcare
- Ethical reflection in daily work
- Working with existential questions
- Boundaries and proximity
Duration and format are negotiable: from a 2-hour workshop to a half-day or a program.

Lectures
I give lectures on meaning, ethics, and life's questions. These are not one-way conversations, but dialogue-based – with room for questions, wonder, and sometimes even a smile.
Lectures are suitable for:
- team days
- networking meetings
- study days or inspirational sessions
The lectures can be accessible or, if desired, academic in nature, depending on the target audience.
Peer review & Moral deliberation
Sometimes there are no ready-made answers – but there is a need to reflect together on what is right. In guided peer review or moral deliberation, we explore together what resonates, what is right, and what can provide direction.
For example, in:
- Ethical questions surrounding care and autonomy
- Tensions between policy and practice
- Moral exhaustion or conflicts of loyalty
I provide guidance in a safe, structured, and in-depth manner.
Consultation & Moral advice
Is there an issue that requires attention but doesn't immediately fit into a training or consultation? You can also contact me for one-off consultations or a multidisciplinary consultation (MDO) – individually or with a small team. For example, if there's a moral knot, tension, or a feeling of being stuck.
I also participate in various PaTz (palliative care at home) consultations on Texel and in Den Helder.
Sometimes a single, helpful conversation is enough to get you moving again.
